First time using this location and I was mistaken for someone else based on my race. I didn't like that as it appeared to be racial. The cost there was more expensive than their other locations and I didn't like that, but I kept the appointment because it was the only location that had availability.

Salesman and GM were very kind and helpful. The sale process was quick and efficient. The only downfall was being recorded by the finance manager. You had no choice to be recorded. If I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I had to sign agreeing to being recorded. I don’t know if is a Chevrolet, I.G. Burton or finance manager only policy but it would a reason for me not to return.
