I had a message from my Chevrolet app that I needed an air filter change at my next oil change. The reading was at 3 percent. I requested an air filter change but a cabin air filter change was performed not the engine oil filter change. When I asked about it they said I really did not need an engine filter change based on the mileage. So why is the app sending the message to have it changed?

Being a recent widow now I do not know what i should know about the care of my Blazer.....but my late husband too care of that...these people in the service dept have taken me under their wing! Every single time i go in for service i am treated with respect ,kindness, and any question is answered promptly with no judgement as I sometimes feel stupid asking questions!!
