Started the process back in June of 2023, to order a 2023 Trail Boss , months went by and was told now I was going to get a 2024 to be delivered Jan 2024... Not knowing that the upgrades were different then the 2023, I would of liked to have the option of picking the new upgrades!! I was also expecting $26,000 ( I have the original trade paperwork ) for my trade back in June, I have not drove the 2016 truck since the day we walked in the dealership, so to get a new trade value of $24,000 was a little upsetting, and to see the 2016 up for sale for $36,000 is a hit in the gut!!

My experience was a very good one, Tim was warm and welcoming. Tim explained everything that was to happen the thing that I need fixed on my truck and keep me updated on everything and the wait 30 minutes less then Tim had stated, but the wait was so nice in a warm waiting area with a tv, charging area and refreshments my experience never fail when I go to I.g.
