Lindsey has by far had the best customer service since I started bringing my cars to IG Burton in Seaford. She was consistently attentive to my questions, pleasant when explaining what was going on, and just overall great. The service on my Truck was also excellent and I appreciate the hard work of the mechanics!

Went in for routine maintenance and to diagnose a potential problem. Maintenance completed and problem checked on. Potential problem never showed up but preventive remedy was done. Was kept up to date from Lindsey during the maintenance and inspection. Very happy with the completed services.

Despite the 4 plus months production delay for my Silverado Transmission, the dealership and GM did an outstanding job handling the repairs considering the circumstances at hand . I couldn’t ask for better service! I plan on doing business with IG Burton as well as General Motors in the future. Much thanks to Jeff and the mechanics that handled the task in the service department

I am 75 years .old, and this has been the most friendly service in my lifetime. 20 minutes after calling dealership,I received a call back from the manager of this dealership, Dylan,and he asked how he could best help me. Approximately an hour later he sent me a text with downloads on 4 vehicles he believed would fit my requirements. I texted that I was interested in the Trax. It was late afternoon, and he made an appointment for the next morning. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. i then met his sales person, Ben who took my info, explained everything about the car, and went for test drive with me. I loved the car. then on to Dave to finalize the sale. Every person I came into contact were totally focused on giving me a wonderful customer service experience. Extremely customer oriented, pleasant attitudes, friendliness, and desire to take care of all my questions or needs, made what can be a stressful task, a very pleasant experience. Kudos to IG Burton Chevy in Seaford Delaware
