My experience with I.G Burton as far as the overall service, starting with the diagnostic, was that it was way over priced for the amount of time spent working on the vehicle. Plus miscommunication on when the vehicle would be available prolonged the process, along with not calling me back on the vehicle being ready. I had a separate party inspect the rotors and was informed that they weren't as bad as your specialist stated. I paid for a tire rotation and because they were misinformed they did not complete the service. The lugs were standard for the vehicle not lock lugs, needless to say that next time i go for a service i should be able to get a free tire rotation.

Lindsey has by far had the best customer service since I started bringing my cars to IG Burton in Seaford. She was consistently attentive to my questions, pleasant when explaining what was going on, and just overall great. The service on my Truck was also excellent and I appreciate the hard work of the mechanics!
