I brought in my 2011 Traverse to get an oil change and have their 27 point inspection. They were adequate in doing the service needed. However, I had a issue with the brakes squeaking and would have thought doing a road test would have brought up a situation with my steering wheel. Nothing was said about it until I came back within a half hour saying there was something wrong. They gladly looked into it and ordered parts needed to fix. They fixed a recall on my car that I was not aware of in a timely manner. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I had no problem with being greeted by service members as well as sales staff. But as I was waiting for my car, there were a few issues that didn't directly affect me, but gave me a concern. Maybe its just my management skills kicking in from the observation. There was a customer prior to me that was visibly angry due to something that wasn't caught on her first visit to the dealership for service. No one tried to explain to her why something wasn't caught of the prior visit but instead shrugged her off. My opinion, service mananger needed to be called out to try to explain to the customer instead of the customer growing extremely angry and stating out loud that she would not be returning. Carol (cashier), seems to have an attitude and gets frustrated very easily. She was too busy talking on her cell phone and watching the Ellen show on tv instead of servicing both me and other customers. When the service department told me it was going to take longer than they had anticipated, they provided me with a car rental to use & go back home They called me the next afternoon to say they had fixed the problem on the Traverse & I could return the car rental & pick up the Traverse.
